Letting Go

You hear the news. The inevitable has happened. You clearly know you were just fooling yourself ignoring the signs poking you in the eye 🙂

You meet someone, he is the sum of what you value in life. You freakishly mostly seem to be on the same page except for one crucial element. You learn so much from him and you grow as a person.

It is all one-sided though… That ‘mostly on the same page’ stands out like a sore thumb. How do you let go of someone who was never yours?

When you so desperately wished for someone, you’ve manifested him and along he came 🙂 For you, time stood still and you are in your little bubble but, out in the real world, life is very much happening and going on without you. You wake up one day and you have to let it all go. Pick yourself up from the proverbial, dust yourself off and start building again.

You break down and then you build yourself up from the ashes you’ve become. Every time you scoop yourself up though you scoop up a better you for all the growth, fun, cheekiness and pleasure you’ve experienced. You recognise that even though you lost that lovely image you’ve built up in your mind and woke up to reality, you feel freed from those chains that have tied you down trying to make work something that you both knew and agreed will never work.

You are thinking ‘This shouldn’t be this hard…’ and all you are left with is affection and a feeling of tenderness for the person who’s given you all this and you’ve walked on the same path with for the loveliest of times.

Back to manifesting now….
